Walking meditation is also a part of seated meditations where practitioners walk in between the sessions. While walking you may focus on your breath in and out or chant a mantra or listen to healing music and that is a personal choice.
Quite obvious, walking and sitting meditation both are different. One has to keep eyes open during walking meditation while the same is not the case with seated meditation. The other major difference in both types of meditation is that walking meditation does not pull out your attention from the rest of the world as in seating with eyes closed.
